International Sales provides strong verbal communication skills. There is considerable potential to grow our current market share worldwide with both new and existing customer accounts. International Sales Rep. will be responsible for maximizing our sales revenue through a network of international sales and developing direct customer accounts. The role is suited to a confident, organized, sales professional.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Identify, Develop and maintain long term international client relationships that bring value to The DeLong Co., Inc. Communicate appropriate market conditions and information to Sales team members Negotiate price, specification and applicable terms Monitor the supply chain from start to finish. Posses a strong knowledge of rail/barge/bulk ocean and container freight Communicate customer's needs/wants/issues with all stakeholders in the value chain (Accounting, Logistics, and Documentation) Maintain/Evaluate their respective commodity positions International travel is required All other duties assigned by Management. Bachelor's Degree in Business EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years experience in the Grain and Feed Trade and Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales roll REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong written and oral communication skills, Technologically advanced and oriented, Customer service knowledge.
